WAIVER

Perfect — this one is actually simpler because:



It’s not a school-year locked preschool-style program.



It’s ongoing classes (Kindermusik + Group Piano).



You don’t need the adjustment-period structure.



You just need clear enrollment, tuition, cancellation, and waiver language.



Below is a clean, parallel version that matches the strength of your Little Steps terms but is tailored to your regular studio programs.

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the minor child(ren) identified in the enrollment form, understand that participation in classes and activities offered by WKMN Music, LLC d/b/a Tuneful Journey involves physical movement, group interaction, and the use of musical instruments and materials. Participation may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental injury or exposure to illness, including airborne illnesses.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and my child(ren).

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless WKMN Music, LLC d/b/a Tuneful Journey, including its owners, employees, contractors, and staff, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in classes or related activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By enrolling, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms.



ENROLLMENT

The fall and spring semesters each include 14 weeks of classes, paid in four equal installments on the first of the month (September-December for fall and January-April for spring). Piano semesters are 18 weeks and 5 payment installments each, August-December and January-May. Enrollment is not month-to-month, nor does an installment equate to the cost of a full month’s classes. If enrolling after the start of the semester, tuition will be prorated accordingly or make-up classes can be arranged. No refunds are given for missed classes, but unlimited make-up classes are available (see below for more details). Summer classes and camps are also offered, but as separate enrollments.



MAKE-UP CLASSES

No refunds will be given for missed classes; however, you are welcome to unlimited make-up classes by attending another class section throughout the week! These can be scheduled through your account at my.kindermusik.com.
